Returns

At Lozyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
