- Return Shipping Cost Covered by Lozyn.com: Lozyn.com covers 100% of the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. You will not be charged any return fees.
- Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment.
2. Exchanges (Size, Style, or Color Changes Only)
This section applies when you wish to change the size, style, or color of your item (no refund will be issued—you simply receive a different product).
- Applicable Cases: If you are not satisfied with the size, style, or color of your item and wish to exchange it for another variant, we are happy to assist you.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with the original packaging.
- Shipping Cost Paid by the Customer: The customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of shipping the original item back to us and the shipping cost for the new item sent to you.
